• On balconies or terraces only if explicitly permitted.

• Pets are not allowed (except with prior agreement).

Parties & Noise

• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Safety

• Please close all windows and doors when leaving.
• Open flames and candles are not permitted.

Liability

The host assumes no liability for personal belongings.
